Use a Shampoo According to Your Hair Type.

  • If you wash your hair frequently, use a mild shampoo.
  • If you suffer from dandruff, use a shampoo which is specified for the same.
  • If hair fall is your problem star iron, biotin & vitamins.
  • Avoid blow drying it too much and hold the hair dryer away from your scalp.
  • If you swim regularly, wear a cap.
  • Don't stay out in the sun for long, the sun bleaches the hair.
  • If you're a vegetarian, include almonds, walnuts, tofu and soya in your diet.
  • If you're a non-vegetarian, include chicken and fish.
